As you can all see we are playing major catch up with our blog!
It has been crazy busy in our world.
Here are the latest happenings around the Rogers Roost...

• Mark has been a guest anchor for KTXS Football Friday Night on Friday nights during football season.
  
• Mark has been busy busy busy recruiting docs and going on recruiting trips (NYC, Dallas, Houston).
  
• Mark did his first Triathlon in October since the Houston Half Ironman in April.
• Mark is training to be an RPM instructor at our gym.
• Mark is about to begin the process of studying for the GMAT.
  
• Mark may be starting his Masters in the Spring (MBA with emphasis in Healthcare).
  
• Mark had a fun "Man Trip" to Tennessee and enjoyed some good "manly" food and the Tennessee vs. Alabama game.
• Mark is beginning to feel that Daddy Daughter bond with Haelyn Bug. It's very sweet.
  

• Haelyn had another growth spurt (around 3 1/2 months).
• Haelyn turned 4 months old and had her 4 month shots and check up.
• Haelyn weighs 14.5 pounds (75 percentile), is 24 inches long (75 percentile) and her head is in the 50-75 percentile.
• Haelyn has the cutest sweetest personality.
• Haelyn is a very opinionated baby...she will let you know if she doesn't like something.
• Haelyn is starting to be a little mover. She really really wants to roll over (she did it one night, but hasn't done it again in a few weeks). She can get over to her side or turns herself around in a circle on her play mat.
  
• Haelyn is now wearing 6-9 month pants and 3-6 month clothes.
• Haelyn is now wearing a size 2 diaper.
  
• Haelyn found her cutie feet. She concentrates really hard and grunts to pull her socks off.
• Haelyn likes pulling on toys.
• Haelyn loves music.
• Haelyn loves to coo and scream at herself...she laughs right after she screams. She cracks herself up.
  
• Haelyn is not a fan of Rice Cereal yet.
• Haelyn has reverted back to her days of being picky about the paci...but she LOVES her thumb. YES...we have a thumb sucker...she only does it when she's sleepy or in the night.
  
• Haelyn is sleeping 9-11 hours through the night...unless she has a growth spurt or we talk about it. She wants this to be a secret ;).
• Haelyn LOVES her Daddy. She gets very distracted trying to find him if he's in the room when she's nursing.
  
• Haelyn is still nursing.
• Haelyn is doing better with her bottles of mommies milk while I'm at work...unless we talk about it. She also wants this to be a secret ;).
• Haelyn is looking forward to going to her MamaB and PapaB's for Thanksgiving.
• Haelyn is ready for her Mommy to have a break from teaching those big kids.

• Jenn has almost completed her first semester in the world of higher education.
• Jenn has fallen in love with her new career.
• Jenn got a brand spankin' new Honda Odyssey...and she's not ashamed to admit she loves the MiniVan!
• Jenn is ready for a Thanksgiving and Christmas break.
• Jenn enjoys her days with Haelyn Bug and is so thankful to have such a flexible schedule...much different than public school.
  
• Jenn is going to do some Autism Research/Seminaring/Training this summer in North Carolina.
• Jenn really needs to deep clean her house, but it will have to wait until Christmas break! ;)
  
• Jenn got roses from Mark for no reason a few weeks ago.
• Jenn is beginning to realize that she can sleep anywhere anytime...she doesn't even need to be comfortable.
  
• Jenn loves being a Mommy and wouldn't trade it for the world.
